They are products, that we make, that smell good and are good for you. Simple as that.


Are you products vegan + cruelty free?

We pride ourselves on being completely animal friendly. We are PETA and Leaping Bunny Certified. The ingredients that we source are organic, fair trade, vegan and/or kosher certified. No one likes tests and we love our furry friends, because of that it is important to us to keep these standards.


When will my order ship?

Please all up to 3-5 days for orders to be shipped for all in stock items (this excludes weekends + holidays). Our products are handmade to ensure the best product is delivered to you. You can expect a shipping confirmation email once your order goes out. Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed we will give you a heads up.


Int’l shipping?

You got it. Same processing times apply. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping, customs departments have the right to hold items and it can take a while for it to clear. Customs charges, fees and taxes that occur are responsibility of the buyer including if the package is refused and returned by the buyer.


Order lost/not received:

Stealing isn’t cool. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking info. USPS insurance does not cover stolen items so therefore we are unable to cover replacement items and/or refunds.


Order issues/ damage:

If any issues arise with your order, please contact us so that we can chat it out! We love our customers and will try our best to resolve any issues that may come up.

If your item was damaged, contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos and within 48 hours of order delivery.


Refunds + exchanges:

We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of hopes and expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are unhappy with your order. Returns are processed as store-credit or exchange. However in certain cases, we may accommodate refunds due to an allergic reaction.

Exchanges/ refunds will not be accepted after 20 days from receipt of goods.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs and/or return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
